About Peter B. Myers

Peter B. Myers has a 20-year history in development, communications and broadcasting. He has provided expertise to clients in the areas of public relations, strategic positioning, brand asset management and video production, which has recently become a primary focus.

Myers joined the staff at Twin Cities Public Television in 1987 where he served as Vice President of Communications, directing corporate communications, media relations, on-air promotion, graphic design and community outreach. While at TPT he implemented strategic positioning campaigns, supervised publications and media efforts, and managed special projects. Since 1995, Myers has been an independent consultant serving clients in the areas of marketing communications and video production.

A lifetime Twin Cities resident, Myers has served on numerous boards including Dodge Nature Center, Minnesota Landmarks, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and Westminster Town Hall Forum. In 1996 he was appointed by Gov. Arne Carlson to the Minnesota Zoo Board and served as Board Chair from 2000 to 2002.
